I began designing theme-based charcuterie boards to serve at family gatherings and parties with friends. The boards and their overall presentation frequently became a topic of conversation. Over time, I found myself dreaming up ideas for different boards and looking for opportunities to create them. My passion evolved and I launched Oui! Charcuterie to bring my edible art to you!
I apply my creativity as I hand select each item to create a one-of-a-kind charcuterie experience for my clients.
Frequenting farmer's markets, I leverage many local ingredients that compliment the theme of each board and give them a seasonal flair.
Each board is intricately designed, and with my passion for cooking and natural instinct for unique flavor profiles, the boards are not only beautiful but also delicious!
